Please listen to the reviews of those who have lived here and not ones that have just moved in. I loved it here up until the 5th month of my lease. I have now had water leaks in my ceiling TWICE and multiple pest problems stemming from the trash room next to me. I’m talking HUNDREDS of large cluster flies coming in from the drain lines outside. Mind you, my unit has been described as one of the cleanest by pest control and maintenance. The maintenance team, specifically Alfred, is AMAZING and they do absolutely everything they can but there’s so many problems with the property it’s a lot for the team to keep up with. Previous management was supposed to give me a rent credit from all of the problems in my unit but now there’s new management and I have no clue where that lies. I have emailed the new team explaining the situation but have yet to receive response. It has been hell living here the past 3 months to the point of having to sleep on my couch some nights from the bug problems and now I cannot wait to move. I can’t speak on the new management since they just took over but the buildings themselves were constructed extremely poorly. Previous management gave me the excuse of “it’s new construction and Florida” when I spoke with them a couple of weeks ago about the ongoing issues with my unit. And yes, you will hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes (we heard them watching Titanic once) along with all of the other minor issues others have mentioned. I am open to editing this review should the new management follow through on crediting me, but based on my experience so far, my hopes are low.
From the first visit at Azora, I fell in love with the place. Everything is stunning, modern, clean, and beautiful. Tony took me on the tour, despite his busy schedule, and was a pleasure to work with. He was highly responsive and honestly just the purest soul. After the tour, I knew this was where I wanted to move after touring plenty of other apartments in the area.
After going home, I saw the reviews online and was hesitant to move in. However, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and submitted my application. I got to meet Kierra, the Assistant Manager, and she was a wonder to work with. She ensured everything was completed and provided an efficient move-in and online lease signing process. Everything took less than a couple days to complete, even when I decided to change units! She is a gem! I got to meet her the day I picked up my keys and she was a delight, very thorough and fast!
Since moving in, it has been a dream come true. I love every aspect of the apartment from the way it looks to the new apartment smell. There are plenty of outlets in the unit and the cabinets are just beautiful. There is always ample parking and the neighbors are so kind! They even have events every Wednesday and post an events calendar in the elevator!
I even had maintenance come out to take a look at a few things and they were not only responsive but extremely friendly and efficient. Josh is my go-to guy and he does an amazing job, checking to make sure everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) was perfect before leaving. Everything about Azora is clean and professional. I have no idea where all the negativity is coming from because everything has been absolutely incredible. I am so excited for all the adventures coming in the new place! Thank you Azora team!
Let me start off saying that this staff is awesome. Things were a little rough when they first arrived during the hurricane but I can truly see a difference. I want to especially shout out the assistant manger kierra. Whether she’s passing on the cart or in the hall she always has a smile on her face and says hello to me and my family. I can tell she truly cares about this place and does everything she can to make sure the residents are taken care of.
I have been living here since July, and at first I loved it. Then, especially after they hired new management, everything went downhill. I’ve lived in four different apartment complexes in the last 8 years of my life, and I have never experienced such poor Service. The front office staff is almost never available. Half the time I go to the front office, it is closed and when I try calling they hardly ever pick up my calls. I have been struggling with silverfish infestation since moving here and it has only gotten worse . I now have black mold growing on my ceiling. This complex fooled me. it looks super luxurious, but after a few months of living here, I can tell you that my experience is far from luxury. The staff, minus a few, are completely incompetent and are almost never quick to help. I will not be resigning and for the price that I’m paying now, I know I can find a much better place.

I moved in beginning of June. I based this move on the assumption that they didn’t have the same noise complaint review issues as many other newer complexes. Peaceful living is my#1 priority. A month in, new neighbors moved in above me. They cause disturbances for me 24/7. The constant screaming, the banging. So much that at ANY time in my apt, I promise you will hear my neighbors. I contacted the office several times. I was ignored. I do not believe any one has spoken to the neighbor from the office. There is no courtesy officer. So I have been calling the police and I will continue to do so until there is resolution. If they make me move, and punish me instead of the noisemakers, then good luck to whoever lives under them next.
Without much notice management changed. So that accounts for the lack of a courtesy officer. The contact information provided under our doors letting us know about the takeover was useless. The phone number did not. And emails are not responded too. My AC broke around 1-2am and I had no one to help. Luckily I had a maintenance guys number, Alfred, who came to fix it for me. Unrelated a few days later he was no longer employed here.
